Founded in 2005, BLOX Properties, Inc is an emerging real
estate investment firm. The Company operates as asset manager for its portfolio of wholly owned residential rental units. BLOX has also begun establishing a presence in real estate development projects throughout greater New Haven. Our mission is to develop high quality, environmentally friendly living, retail and commercial space utilizing both existing structures and new construction.
